Great temperature in our spacious room, with a breathtaking view of the surrounding nature. the outdoor swimming pool was fantastic, incredibly clean, and warm enough to swim throughout the freezing New Year. the multilingual staff was very helpful and always available to answer our questions about the location of the best restaurants and sights nearby.

The restaurant left a lot to be desired, with a sub-par morning buffet and the unavailability of outside seating, resulting in us cramming in the dark back area. the spa area was often crowded, and safety seemed to take a back seat;

The pool and spa area were fantastic during new year. It was a great way to relax after a busy day. The view from the hotel was breathtaking. The hotel was in a key location close to many attractions. The buffet dinner was very good.

The staff at reception were unhelpful and had an unpleasant attitude towards us. They did not seem interested in making our new year stay enjoyable.

We loved staying at this hotel with its beautiful location in the midst of a vineyard. The rooms were stylish and immaculately clean, and we were impressed by the hotel facilities, especially the fantastic pool and spa area. Lastly, the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating - always ready to assist us with any queries we had.
